The privacy and protection of personal information is important to Forrest T. Jones & Company (referred to as “FTJ,” "we", "us", or "our") and our business partners.

To better serve our customer's needs, sometimes we will request personal information from you (for example, your name, address, telephone number, social security number and/or e-mail address). FTJ recognizes and respects your right to privacy. Any personal information gathered from this site will be used only to answer your questions or to enable us to fulfill our customer service obligations, or where required by a legal, judicial or governmental authority. We also will not sell or trade your personal information to any nonaffiliated third party. We reserve the right to change this policy for future users, but will not do so without notification.

When you visit our site 

While we do collect usage information about the people who visit our Web site, we collect only the domain name of visitors to our Web page and information you knowingly volunteer. This information is collected by identifying your IP address — the address of the port your computer uses to access the Internet.

If you send comments or questions to us via email to any e-mail address listed on our Web site, we will share your communications only with those FTJ employees or agents most capable of addressing your questions and concerns. We will retain your communication until we have done our best to provide a complete and satisfactory response. Then we will either discard it, or in some cases, archive it.

We also cannot be responsible for the content or privacy practices used by other site owners.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of July 1, 2004. FTJ may change this statement from time to time. This statement is not intended to and does not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
