MEUHP members who utilize physicians, clinics, and hospitals within the Missouri Health Cooperative benefit from either reduced fees for service (HSA plan participants) or $0 out-of-pocket charges (PPO plan participants). Vision Provider Networks
MEUHP members can enroll in vision insurance plans offered by EyeMed Vision Care or VPS Vision Care. Use the links below to find an eye doctor that participates in the vision plans offered through MEUHP.
Members whose MEUHP insurance plan features a Health Savings Account (HSA) can access and manage their account by visiting Pinnacle Financial Partners, the HSA provider for MEUHP.

Following are additional resources that can help MEUHP plan members manage their health care:
- Transition of Care – If you have a procedure scheduled that was covered by your previous benefits plan, please fill out the Transition of Care form online to ensure that your procedure will be covered under your new MEUHP plan.
- Claims Submission Letter. Members who use providers in the Aetna provider network can provide this letter to their provider to assure that claims are filed correctly. MEUHP claims should be submitted to Lucent Health, not Aetna. Claims wrongly submitted to Aetna could be delayed or denied.
- Healthcare Bluebook – Compare the cost of provider services so you can make the best financial decision about your health care. Healthcare Bluebook is an online tool that provides transparency about what doctors, clinics, and hospitals actually charge for various health care procedures and services.
