New FTJ Program Insures Companies in Textiles Industry
FTJ has entered a partnership with the Advanced Textiles Association (ATA) to offer insurance coverages that member companies need to operate successfully.
“We’re excited by this opportunity to serve companies in textiles industry and leverage FTJ’s decades of experience in business insurance as well as working with associations and their members,” said FTJ President Rick Jones.
The ATA is a trade association that serves more than 1,400 member businesses in the specialty fabrics and technical textiles sectors. These companies manufacture and install a wide variety of fabrics, ranging from tents, awnings, and fabric structures to geosynthetics used in civil engineering projects and specialty fabrics for marine and military applications.
FTJ will offer four types of coverage specially designed to meet the needs of textiles companies — General Liability Insurance, Property Insurance, Inland Marine Insurance, and Manufacturers Errors & Omissions Insurance — as well as four common business coverages: Commercial Auto Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance, Cyber Insurance, and Employment Practices Liability Insurance.
Travelers, Chubb, and CNA Insurance will be the primary underwriters for FTJ’s textiles industry program, however FTJ agents will have the ability to compare policy forms from other underwriters to find the best coverage terms, limits, and pricing for each client or to cover a client’s excess or non-standard risk.
Information about FTJ’s insurance services will be displayed on the ATA website as the association’s endorsed insurance provider.
