Leroy McCarty

As the leader of FTJ Solutions, Leroy is responsible for expanding FTJ's third-party administration business. He joined FTJ in 2007 as Vice President of Operations, after similar positions at Transamerica and Hallmark Cards Inc.

Robert Eshleman

Newly hired to lead FTJ's Administration Department, Robert has 25 years of insurance industry experience, including assignments in customer service, product implementation, and operations management at two other insurance companies.

Larry McCord

Larry joined FTJ in 2024 with nearly 30 years of legal experience, including positions as counsel for two insurance carriers and a stint as Deputy Director and General Counsel for the Missouri Department of Commerce & Insurance.

Dustin Morrow

Dustin's team configures FTJ's administration systems, both for the onboarding of new business and changes to existing programs. He joined FTJ in 2018 and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of insurance administration.

Brian leads FTJ Advisors, our retirement planning and wealth management division. He has more than 25 years of experience in insurance and annuity sales and management, including the last 10 years with FTJ.

Drew Beaugard

Drew was named the head of FTJ’s Employee Benefits division in 2023, with primary responsibility for the Missouri Educators Unified Health Plan (MEUHP) account. He began his career at FTJ in 2005 as a regional director in Missouri.

Shawn oversees FTJ's information security department, which is charged with protecting all company data. He joined FTJ in 2018 with more than 25 years of data security experience, including positions with the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Army.

The leader of FTJ's 50-person IT Department, Robson joined FTJ in 2024, bringing more than 35 years of IT consulting and leadership experience, including  prior positions at three insurance companies.

Since 2017, Kim has managed FTJ's P&C Department, which oversees underwriting, and admin for our professional liability programs. She came to FTJ with 24 years of underwriting and program management experience for AmeriTrust Group.

Phil brings 35 years of advertising, marketing, and product development experience in a variety of industries to his role with FTJ's marketing & communications team. He joined FTJ in 2023 and became the department leader the following year.
